Where to post for vim.

Hi:

If I make a question about vim, what do you think is the most natural (logical, if you prefer) forum to post to? Thanks.

Post it in Linux General. There is enough traffic there to answer just about anything regarding vim.

Well, if I had a question about Vim, I would have posted it in Linux-Software section.
Vim is a software, so the questions regarding its installation or configuration should go in Software section, IMO.

And if your question is how to "write" Vim from scratch , then the programming section would be the best one.

Really, my question was about both vi and vim. Which now, I in my mind have changed to a question on vi. But, poor me. Who nows about vi these days. Hence, any forum would do.

Where to post for vim

It depends on what topics you want to post for vim. If you post topics about technics, you might choose programming section.
