I am currently using Debian Lenny amd64 and have a reasonably slow wifi ISP. For this reason I usually keep my Shockwave Flash and VLC multimedia plugins disabled on iceweasel/Firefox 3.0.6.

The mp3's can be directly downloaded. That being said, the main LQ Radio site is currently down for maintenance. The mp3's are still available on the LQ Mirror however.
