Jeremy,

Last couple days I thought I had been noticing some lags waiting for pages to fully load. It's infrequent, but for example, this link today: http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...rgente-762408/

I have been trying to reload several times as of this writing, and it insists on hanging up, while my status-bar reads "Waiting for e1h7.simplecdn.net" and won't finish loading.

Maybe it's a transient issue, but thought you might like to hear about it.

Well, I'm noticing that when I load pages they appear, but they seem to still be loading something. It's strange and it has only happened recently, for the past 2-3 days. Indeed it says "Waiting for e1h7.simplecdn.net" at the bottom.

I've been experiencing similar behavior for the past week or so.

It's quite sporadic, though, and it lasts only for a couple minutes at a time.

I get this too. In fact, as I write I have "Waiting for e1h7.simplecdn.net..." at the bottom.

Update: while it seemed to have cleared up since I last posted in this thread a few weeks/months ago, I just want it to be known that for the last 24-48 hours, many pages have been hanging near-endlessly. This morning (right now) pages are hanging on "waiting for e1h7.simplecdn.net" and online/offline icons are missing again. (This very page has not loaded yet, while I still type this post-- and remember, I'm on broadband now )

I've experienced the same thing during the same time period. It started hanging on e1h7.simplecdn.net near the end, though. Before that, it was just hanging without any status bar message. It's not happening right now, though.

At this very moment, all seems fine but I have been mostly working on my firewall, and checking out the LQSpy every once in a while.

I did have a full network outage earlier-- I think either the ISP is a bit baked, or the DNS server(s) go down occasionally :/

Thanks for the reply. I keep getting the status bar message:

As some members seem to be having an issue with the current CDN, we're going to test an additional option:

Thanks again.
