You are receiving the Zero Replay Threads notification. To disable it go to your LQ profile page and select "Edit Options" from the menu on the left. A shortcut will be in the My LQ menu on the right (in the page you're reading now) or in the Quick Links menu in the top bar. Once you're there, scroll down and uncheck "Receive Zero Reply Email".

1st, you really should edit your OP to remove, or at least obfuscate, your e-address -- you probably don't want it harvested by spammers.

2nd, you should be able to use this link to go direct to "Edit Options". I found it in "My LQ", which is the second "box" in the right pane on this page. The 2nd box in the center pane on that page is "Messaging & Notification"; it has the check box for "Receive Zero Reply Email".
