Unable to re enable LQ stats

By mistake I had turned off LQ stats.
I got a message to re enable them by quick links -> re enable LQ stats

By I did not have that option in QUICK LINKS. So now I was unable to see LQ stats.

I mentioned this at LQ Project bugs to get corrected as early as possible.
