Can I translate questions and answers from your forum in greek language and use them to my site or another site?

I not sure that this would be smiled apon. You would probably have to email Jeremy to get specific permission, otherwise it would be something like plagiarism - and thus illegal.

The other concern would be misrepresentation in translation.
