I hate to pick nits, but do you mean the "thread" or the "forum"?
I have a feeling that persons who are interested enough in LQ to pay attention to this forum will find it anyway, and others won't care, but I'm old and cynical.
I wondered if I was getting that right when I posted or text-ed or put thought but yes I meant "forum," why I "" the title...
You don't think people who aren't that interested (or so on for infinity) could have valuable input? I think Linux got plus gets better allowing anyone to help.
To clarity what I said, I believe that many persons come here (at least at first) only to find answers. I doubt that someone for whom that is the primary motive will have a lot of interest in LQ policies and procedures, as long as he or she can find his answers.
I suspect that the discussions in this forum have more interest for those who have chosen to make this place a regular hangout (you will pardon the expression). It's rare to see more than three or four persons at a time shown as "viewing" this forum. I doubt that moving its position on the screen will change that much.
Not until now... but now its downloaded, and in a few minutes it'll be rsynced to my server, and within a few weeks it'll get rsynced to the laptop I share with my sister, and that just got really off-topic really fast.

Thanks for the feedback. The LQS&F forum actually originally was the first forum listed at LQ. Unfortunately it resulted in a lot of mis-posts, as many new members simply post in the first forum they see. Additionally, as mentioned, it's unlikely someone who has never used LQ will have much feedback, but as you use the site you'll hopefully use LQS&F more.
