The tag cloud (100 most used) vs subject titles.

Hi:
I have the strong suspicion that a wisely chosen set of tags for my post, will contribute a great deal to the probability of getting an answer. On the other hand, Main Menu>LQ Tags>Tag Cloud shows the hundred most used ones.

What I think is that, the carefully picking, from among those hundred, one that emcompasses the material in my post, or making my post fit within the scope of one of those tags, making perhaps a little adjustmemt to it, therefor constitutes a policy that benefits me. The question is: am I right?

But there is a previous question I'm forgetting: what is the relative importance of tags, as opposed to subject title in regard to maximization of the chance to get an answer in say the following 48 hours? Thanks in advance.

Hehe, I've not got round to searching... Whenever I answer questions I head straight for "Zero-reply" threads. But that's probably just me :)

I've noticed on threads that have tags that the person who created the tags did a poor job. Rather than making one descriptive tag like boot_error people will make two useless or nearly useless tags such as boot and error. So I have stopped using tags and making tags.

Like Snark1994 I don't search tags when I'm answering questions. I look at zero reply threads, lq spy, new posts, and latest posts.
