Sugjestion: mark threads as resolved

I was thinking about the LQ site, and I got an idea. It would be good for there to be a way for the creator of a thread to mark it as unresolved/resolved. I think this would be good because if I'm searching for a solution to a problem I'm having, I would like to be able to only see threads that have concluded, that way I can find out how that user solved his problem. Also, for people who want to be of assistance on this site, they can search for unresolved threads. It has been my experience that once a thread I post has been replied to at least once, and is not in the 0 reply category, then there can be a tendency for people to overlook the thread. Anyways, I just figured I would throw the idea out there, and see what people think.

This has been asked many times, so if you search this forum you'll find several threads on it. You can also tag posts with "solved".
