Subscribe to thread without posting
Is there a way to subscribe to a thread without posting to it? I've searched LQ for the phrase "subscribe without posting" and looked at the FAQ, but I can't find a reference to this. I hate to post something meaningless to a thread just so I can get notified when it's updated.

Scroll to the bottom of the thread and you should find "Subscribe to Thread" which should allow you to subscribe without posting to it.

You can manage your subscriptions here: http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...ewsubscription
Every subscription email should also have instructions on how to unsubscribe from that particular subscription.

under thread tools, you can subscribe if you are unsubscribed, and unsubscribe if you are subscribed.
