[SOLVED] Somthing odd with rep points

Just went into my account and the first page is the 'Latest Reputation Received" page and saw this:

N/A 02-19-15 05:54 AM danbt_63 Helpful Answer Positive Rating

Don't know what it is.
This danbt_63 seems to have made no posts and there isn't the usual thread link just N/A, has my account been got at? or has this user been deleted for some reason? Don't want rep points if I didn't earn them!

The n/a has been fixed (the post had gone into the moderation queue).
