Section to post links to news stories?

Just a thought. Has the idea of a section for posting links to news stories been brought up? Something like newsforge.net, linuxtoday or /.?

It might be rather popular. Just a thought.

This has been brought up a long time ago and it was established that this site wouldn't be just another news site or link to any news site, etc.

If you think there is news that is newsworthy feel free to email it to me and it may make the homepage. As Drew said I tend not to post every Linux related news story to the homepage as there are already a good amount of Linux news sites. Ofcourse if you want to get feedback on any recent news you can post a note in General and the discussion will usually heat up quite quickly.
