I don't recall that warning always being there, I didn't even notice it a few days ago when I looked. But then again, how many members you expect to read such notices, even in Red Bold text? We've had notices and notes about the Report button as an example but people still click it to reply, not knowing the difference until they realize their reply isn't displayed in the thread.

I still vote if we're going to encourage members to just tell members to upgrade, just remove the ISO's altogether. Perhaps there should be a life span of how long ISO's are offered.

And looking at the history, Mandrake/Mandriva has been the top spot since iso.linuxquestions.org emerged. Along with Suse in the second spot. I find that hard to believe to be honest. Are the most popular calculated by downloads or clicks, over all time or a shorter period of time? I'd say if it's an all time recording for the "Most Popular", it should say such things. Seems kind of flawed and misleading to have a most popular if it's counting the downloads from 3 or 4 years ago into the equation.
