Question about registering
 
When I registered to be a member of LinuxQuestions.org, on the registration form, there was a field labeled "Referrer". Nobody "referred" me to LinuxQuestions.org, so I left it blank. What should I have put? Google?

I think your answer was fine. :) As far as I know, it's just to get an idea of where people are coming from.

It's for members that refer you to the site. So if another existing member refers you to the site, you can put their member name there.
