Problem in LQ new posts list

Hi, at the current time Mon Oct 17 06:24:01 UTC 2011 there is a problem in the new posts list that sticks at 05:08. The new posts count in the User CP window is 0, but clicking on the new posts link I can see 4 pages of new posts (the most recent one being almost 1:30 hours ago).

If I click "View latest threads" from the Quick Links menu, I can visualize the most recent posts, but they are all marked as read.

I tried to Logout and manually remove all cookies related to linuxquestions.org but it has no effect. Is there some problem on the LQ server side?

There was an issue with one of the MySQL slaves that would have caused this behavior for some members. The issue was corrected at roughly 9LQDT today.

You're still showing new posts stuck at 5:08LQDT? I'm not able to reproduce that. The slave is caught up to about 9:20LQDT now and should be fully caught up in the next 30 minutes or so.

Don't know about LQDT, it shows me 13:24 German time, now is 18:08 german time. Even if I use the "Mark threads as read" link I get the same list, not a message that there are no new threads.

Edit: I have to use the "View Latest Posts" link to see even this thread in the list.

Nevermind, slowly it is going to the real time.

Thanks for the update. FWIW all slaves are now fully caught up with the master. It's possible you'll see some slightly out of date responses as personal search caches clear, but other than that things should be real time. Thanks for the patience. Keep in mind that the updated search (as seen at AndroidQuestions.org) will be coming to LQ in the near future and should not suffer from issues such as this one.
