Perhaps add an exclude "members choice" option (from latest threads)

Might be nice to reduce "noise". I'm happy to look up the results when the polls close.
And if you make the subject generic (hint - no "2011") one rule to rule them all in perpetuity.

Just a thought.

I agree they are a lot of noise in the Latest and Zero Reply Threads, but realistically, it's only something that happens once a year. By the time the fix gets implemented and tested, it will be into 2012 already and the threads will die on their own.

Edit Options -> Miscellaneous Options -> Exclude Forums from "Get New Posts" was implemented a few years back and will do most of what you'd like (it will not exclude zero reply threads, but those will only exist in the MCA forum very briefly realistically).

All done some time ago - doesn't affect "latest threads"; never has in my experience.

That oversight should be corrected as of now.

Thanks jeremy - service with a smile as always.
Add a tick to the "another happy customer" box for me ...

I seem to be missing the Members' Choice forum from the exclude forums list, although I'm sure I've done this in past years.

Now that the polls are open, this should no longer be an issue.
