Thankyou Sir.

I have changed my receiving email address as I dont know where the problem lies because I receive emails in the older email address.

However, if possible please reply to this so that I can confirm that the other email address will receive notifications

NO.

I have set up a folder for LINUXQUESTIONS.org emails and it is filtered out to that folder. It was functioning well till the 12th of June. I dont know what happened later, that there were no notifications for the posts that I made from that date till today.

However, Now I have changed the email address to some other account and receive emails there.

But, I wud like to get back to this Yahoo! id where I regularly receive emails in a special folder

Any tricks, tips, ideas??

Yahoo wasn't accepting mail for the account. As for why, you'd have to ask them.
