My older posts doesn't show my signature

I have now 172 posts in this forum and I setted my signature today, but only the treats posted after the setting signature shows my signature. The older posts doesn't show my signature. Why?

Maybe they're copied from your profile to the 'post' when you post (and not linked to your profile).

Possibly, since you did not have a signature, the option to include your sig with your post was not checked when you made those first 171 posts. Now that you have a signature, the option will be checked only in the new posts. If you go back to one of the old posts and look at
Code:

Additional Options
-Miscellaneous Options
--Show your signature

.. in the advanced edit screen, you will see if the option has been checked.

@ Wim Sturkenboom, the Signature is linked to the profile because if you change your sig, it will be changed in all previous posts too :) (My current Sig is not my Original sig, yet it is still the sig shown in my first post on these boards!)

Yes you're right. The option "Show your signature" isn't checked at my first 171 posts. Is it possible to check the option "Show your signature" at every posts or I have to check this option at evry single posts one by one?
Thanks
