Move page numbers above advertisements?

LQ has one feature I have not seen anywhere else. On every other forum I have seen, threads with multiple pages have the page numbers shown at the bottom immediately under the last post on the page, and usually at the top of the thread as well. LQ has an annoying little quirk. The page numbers are shown at the bottom of the page under the advertisement. This is not the only forum I frequent, sorry, so I continually forget about this idiosyncrasy. I occasionally miss pages after the first and have to go back after I realise or remember there are four pages, not one. The worst part is every now then I do not realise there is more than one page, until after I post a reply. This can become troublesome, because I usually open several threads in separate tabs, making it impossible to remember how many pages each thread has.

I hope the administrators of the board would be so kind as to consider moving the page numbers above the advertisement, and thereby make them easier to see for those of us who do not ensure we look at the entire advertisement before exiting or replying.

Obviously not an emergency, but something worth considering.

Thanks for the feedback. Out of curiosity, are other members also finding this to be an issue?
