log out twice

It seems that when logging out of LQ, I have to do it twice. When I click log out the first time, I get a confirmation that I've logged out. However I still see my user name and an option to log out at the top right. Once I do that again, then it seems that I've actually logged out of LQ.

What's going on here?

Thanks

You should have gotten a message that all cookies relevant for linuxquestions.org have been cleared. That means you are logged out, no matter what you see else. Reload the page, surf to another page on linuxquestions.org and you see what I mean. It would be more clear though if the cookies could get cleared before the page checks for the login, seems to be done the other way round.

The part of the page showing your username is created before the log out is completed. You are completely logged out when seeing that page.
