cool.

How superb!

moved to Website Questions and Suggestions, just to make sure Jeremy sees this.

Don't forget though, it's not about the number of posts/thread/members - it's the quality of the responses and friendliness of the community. I still think we are #1 though ;)

This place is WAY better than JustLinux jeremy...way better.

LQ is always #1 with me.

/bin/bash 11-04-2003 12:43 PM

I agree with tcaptain. I had ~4000 posts at JustLinux when I got banned. And at least > 3000 of those posts were in the help forums.

There doesn't seem to be any "flavor" at JustLinux. It is LITERALLY JustLinux! They even lock happy birthday threads and welcome back threads.

I'll bet even Linus posts an off topic thread every once in awhile.

This place is much friendlier and helpful.

acid_kewpie 11-04-2003 02:55 PM

Don't forget though, it's not about the number of posts/thread/members - it's the sheer weight of the server hardware. I still think we are #1 though ;)

trickykid 11-04-2003 02:57 PM

What's all this thinking. Shouldn't have to think about it, we are number one.. :)

They need to quit posting their stats! Anyone who looks at those things (advertisers) is likely to jump ship too.

Speaking of sheer weight, how much do you think those 649 LQ visitors weighed?
