No, I mean an actual forum with an RSS feed, not just an alphabetized index of 4 year old posts but an active forum that users can go to see the latest Howtos.
If it doesn't have it's own RSS feed and isn't listed by date then its useless to me personally. I could care less about Howtos from 2006.
