Separate Forum for Apache-webserver & Linux-Storage&clustering could be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the feedback. At this time I don't think there is sufficient demand for either one of these to warrant a dedicated subforum. If that changes in the future we'd certainly be willing to re-evaluate.
