Could I please get a LQ Staff member to please delete my account? I don't use nor do I know enough about the base Linux OS to do any good on this forum. If this could be taken care of I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
It is extremely rare for a member account to be deleted from LQ -- it just isn't something we do here -- so chances are very good that Admin will not delete the account.
Simply do not use it any more if you don't want. If you should ever decide you want to log in again, you will be able to do so, but otherwise, just don't use the account, and forget about it.
Any account with posts against it will not be deleted. If you no longer wish to use LQ or your account, disable all email notifications in your LQ Control Panel and change the password to something long and unmemorable. Once that is done, log out and delete all saved passwords for LQ and all cookies.
I have move your thread to LQ Suggestions and Feedback as this question relates to the site.
Ok, I'll try and help out here. But I was wondering something. Can I get my username changed from ZachK18 to zkriesse ? I'm using zkriesse everywhere else so it'd be ALOT easier. Thanks for any help in that regard. Cheers!
