Linux How To Ask A Question Out Dated

I noticed the Linux how to ask a question is dated back to 2004. Why hasn't this been updated? Hasn't how humans ask questions changed since then?

(Grumpy mode on) If it has, it's been for the worse.(Grumpy mode off)

The guidelines lay out how to ask a question courteously within the norms of LQ nettiquette, while providing the amount and type of background information that will facilitate getting good, useful, pertinent answers and getting them quickly.

The subject matter and the technology used for asking and answering questions may have changed over the years, but how to frame a question really hasn't, not for centuries.

I have not noticed a change in the way questions are asked since 2004. We still get threads titled "Help" and we still have threads that don't give enough information. In fact, the ESR article I adapted it from is even older and is still relevant.

Is there anything you disagree with in the article or think needs to be updated?
