IP blocked from LQ

I need to visit LQ using a proxy. When I load it in my browser without a proxy, it's loading forever.

My IP is clean and I have no trouble accessing other websites. I can PM my IP address to an administrator.

When I traceroute LQ, it looks like I'm being firewalled. Pastebin from traceroute: http://p.gdr.name/m699ee385

Is there a reason why my IP is banned, or is it just a network issue?

How do I do that? PMs seem to be disabled on LQ.
