Interested in Android or ChromeOS?
Are you interested in Android or ChromeOS? We're looking for volunteers to help us grow AndroidQuestions.org and ChromeOSQuestions.org. There's room for a variety of different desires/skill-sets and this will allow you to help grow both communities at a time when there's still considerable flexibility in their direction and overall goals. Feel free to post questions and comments here. If you're interested in more information, please contact me offline. We're also considering expanding The Questions Network with an additional site; if you have any feedback on that topic, let us know.
If you're interested in a total android newbie, I qualify. For my 10th anniversary my company gave me a Zeki 10.1" tablet running jelly bean. I don't have a smart phone and this is my first tablet. I've got dos and Windows experience going back to dos 4.01 and Windows 3.0. I've been using lLinux since 2006, currently running Kubuntu 14.10 although I have used Ubuntu, Mepis, Debian, Puppy, and various other distros over the years.
Generally interested but have little experience using Linux. However I have reformatted many computers and installed Ubuntu for the public at large.

I was going to say that I'm an Android developer, so I'll join the forums and see if I can offer advice and probably learn a ton more than my normal noise level of an app every few months.
And turns out that as a member of LQ, we already have credentials on AndroidQuestions.org. That's probably a helpful tip to point out.
Yes please. I'm quite interested, I know my way around GNU/Linux and I have a fair amount of experience on the Android field (not shy when it comes to flashing custom kernels and ROM-s )
I'm interested. I have been using Android since the Evo 4g. Building custom roms and themes. But I wouldn't consider myself a developer. That's above my pay grade.
I would be interested.
I have some knowledge of Android O/s from rooting and creating various packages for my own Android phones. I know my way around ubuntu and debian
I am interested as well, but i am a newbie. I am a new student at the University of Utah. I have experience using android and linux but that is the extent of my current knowledge
I am IT engineer with some projects of experience with android and I would like to join to the project. I think that my laptop with lubuntu is enough. I have three cell phone with android. they aren't the most powerful but to code they worth.
I'm interested..i have a good experience of using linux but don't have significant experience with andriod..although i'm interested in learning new things..by the way what're we supposed to do as volunteer?
I ought to take some teaching in first before i'd get involved with the activity of that kind. But thanks for the suggestion.
I'm way too nugget to those chores yet...
