Incorrect time on the board?

I just noticed that the time on the board is off by an hour. I have myself set to -5GMT (Eastern US) and my watch and computer said 14:31 while the board said 13:31. This is a problem I have on my bb too and have not been able to get my hosting company to change the time.

Is that the problem here? Or just something that got overlooked?

Are you sure your DST setting is correct?

That did it. Odd that the default is no when most time zones do change for DST.
