I tried searching for information on the site using three keywords (eg, usb read only) and got a LOT of responses. I could not find any 'advanced' search option, that would let me choose 'AND' operators, or say 'all keywords', etc. Maybe I missed it, but I could not find it. I ended up going to google, it was faster.

<ooops - edit ... I did some re-checking, looks like all the posts that were returned DID include all three terms, so maybe 'and' is the default action, so maybe an 'advanced' search is not needed after all.
