I want to be able to attach patches that I generate with diff.

I tried to attach, to one of my posts, a patch that I generated with "diff -rupN" and the forum software didn't let me. It said that it was not among the whitelisted file types.

I would like to be able to do that please.

If you ensure the patch ends in .txt you'll be able to upload it as expected.
