Why is that off in my signature and is it on at some of the members?

Is that because they are contributing members?

Maybe contribs can use html but I don't think so. If you mean making the addy a link, you can do that with vBulletin code.

No, it's not HTML in their sigs but rather BBCode, or VBCode, check:

For more info on using VBCode on the board ;) All members (AFAIK) have the same abilities in the signatures.
