HOWTO: Requesting addition of a new distribution sub forum

First of all a small introduction:

I have been a user of linux-questions for some time now under a different username (not that active, to be honest).
This is my professional account (yes, I would request both of them to be separate distinct identities, if thats allowed).

I read that the best way to request addition of a distro sub-forum was to contact jeremy.
But I can neither PM jeremy with this account, nor could I not find any email address(es), to address this issue.

Please accept my apologies, if this is not the way to get things done/ bring this to the notice of concerned people.

Finally My question:
How can a person like me, try and get things rolling in the right direction.
