How to post screenshot?
 
I try find a function to link my screenshot as PNG from another website but I found only attachment. I wonder about how to link image from others website. example:

you can't post inline images, only attachments, or standard links.

When my quota is reach, that will be the problem.

When you reach your quota you'll need to remove older images or simply post a link to the image that's hosted elsewhere.

I don't see the problem you're citing. What I said, and what Jeremy said fits together fine. You just can't show an image directly within a post, and that has no relation to quotas or anything like that.
