how to get notified on activity on a thread

Howdy- there are several threads/posts that I want to follow. Is there a way to subscribe to these threads without submitting a post to those threads?

Seems rather unproductive to post a useless post justto get emailed when there is other activity. Especially for posts with 0 replies....

You can click the "Subscribe to This Thread" near the bottom of the page.

ahhhhh - magnificant. I looked all over, but though thte "similar threads" section was the end of the stuff that was specific to the thread shown...

Jeremy, Perhaps it would be an idea to move these links up to the same height as the "Last Thread" "Next Thread" links. There may be more people who haven't spotted them.

...or as a button next to "post reply"....
