How do you put the Slackware logo at your posts?

Hello;

Sorry if the question is too much noobish.

I've noticed that at the down left of these forums' senders' details there seems to appear the sender's OS logo. How do you do this?. Is it some forum option or do you set it up in your browser?.

I'd like the "S" of the Slackware logo to appear in my posts as my OS, but I'm so clueless about this that I didn't even know what to search for in the forums/internet.

Hi,

Have a look at these 2 threads:
- OS Icon
- Option to disable display of OS and Browser on posts? (also talks about showing the correct icon).

Hope this helps.

These threads are quite old. With Firefox 10.x.x. the information showed by typing about:config doesnt look like the screen shots.
It will be nice to know how to do it with the newest versions.
Thank you!

When I use Midori in OpenSuSE 12.1 the icon showed is the Mac icon, funny!

Thank you.

Thank you I am right now logged in OpenSuSE 12.1 using Chromium. Next boot I do on SlackWare I'll test the suggested code.

If your reply works, the Slackware "S" should appear now below my profile's details. BTW, I had to create the string, it didn't exist when I looked for it.

Still, how did you get this string?:

Code:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:2.0b9) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b9/ Slackware Linux
Because my Linux is not x86_64. And the string will change with future versions of Mozilla, Gecko or Firefox. Is there any convention/rules for the content of this string?.

I typed about:config on the browse bar then I did a r-click and select to add a string because there is non
so I pasted this
Code:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:2.0b9) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b9/ Slackware Linux
then I re start firefox and try and nothing happens

What is going on?
