This is not the right place for the issue. But for asking your question you should first choose the right forum for your issue and then start a new thread there. If you are sure where to ask just use Linux Newbie forum.
I have moved your question to it's own thread in Linux-Newbie. I would also strongly suggest you read How to Use LinuxQuestions.org and How to Ask A Question as these tutorials will give you a basic understanding of the site.

You successfully started a new thread (and asked a question) on Sept 14. What am I missing??
Moved: This thread is more suitable in <Feedback & Suggestions> and has been moved accordingly to help your thread/question get the exposure it deserves.
Post#3 - I didn't specify where it came from, but I did say that I had separated out the posts.
But that's about this very thread here? Pixelanny was
referring to a different thread - look at the date. The
OP has managed to actually start a thread by the looks
of it?
