theres a rising sun blvd in northeast philadelphia.

when i drive 95 s to dc i always see the north-east road x-it in rising sun, md and i always think that i somehow did a giant circle and am heading the wrong way... and then i wake up.

Obviously you've been through R.S. in another life. I hate that circle!
It's on Jacob Tome Hwy at Telegraph Rd, in the suburb community of Harrisville.

BTW- The Rising Sun exit on 95 is in Northeast.
