finding lq control panel
 
sorry for being completely stupid,ive only been able to find my control panel once and really cant figure out where it is....errrrr, thanks guys,( i know!!!!!).

At the very top, click on either "My LQ" or on "Quick Links" (for the quick links, User CP is partway down). Also, to the right, it's in the My LQ menu.
