Displaying "Subscribed Threads" -> new folder "All Folders"

I suggest an enhancement for the feature Display "Subscribed Threads". Currently, upon calling this feature the default is the folder "Subscriptions". If one doesn't remember anymore in what different folder a required thread might be it would be helpful if there was the choice to display the contents of all folders sorted by date / time. So the menue might be amended with something like "All Folders". I'd even prefer that displayed as default, leaving me the choice to narrow it down later.

does anyone actually use those folders?? there's a logic i suppose, but personally i doubt anyone except you ever uses them.

There is that :D.

You could "demolish" the folder scheme then and leave it be with "Suscription" as it was in the good old times ;).

If the folders are adding unnecessary structure, structure that is getting in the way, why use it?

Or is it useful sometimes & sometimes not?

I use it (more, since we can choose a folder from advanced editing <- would be nice to have at the "Quick Reply" too) to bundle topics, like "serial port + FAX" | "hard discs + IO" | "printing" etc. If one is looking for some information, vaguely remembered from an old thread, you can find it easier and faster...

To summarize: Sometimes folders are useful & sometimes they get in the way. Having a "Show All Folders" would ignore them when they are in the way. And, of course, not using them would, well, destroy their usefulness.

I think you're right -- this would be a good enhancement.
