CODE tags in quick reply

Would it be possible to have the "code tags" button in the quick reply form, near the "quote tags"? I see a lot of LQ newbies don't know about the code tags and it would be easier for them to discover if they had it at hand. It would be more comfortable for experienced users, too.

I second the motion, but keep in mind that a newbie will not likely know what "#" means. More generally, the format of Quick Reply should be kept as simple as possible. The "advanced" format is a bit intimidating for casual users.

In quick reply, it would also help to spell out the options--eg just have the buttons say "Quote", "Code", etc.

Note also a bug: If you hover on one of the buttons, you get the standard popup with the explanation. If you then move to another button, the text does not change--eg, I can hover on # for several seconds with the popup saying "quote tags"---then it goes away and says nothing.

We really try to keep the QRB as minimal as possible, so it's unlikely we'll add any additional buttons. As for the hover, if you move off the button and then to another button it works as expected. I'd guess it's a browser bug, but I'll poke around a bit. Thanks for the feedback.
