Introduction to Linux - A Hands on Guide
This guide was created as an overview of the Linux Operating System, geared toward new users as an exploration tour and getting started guide, with exercises at the end of each chapter.
For more advanced trainees it can be a desktop reference, and a collection of the base knowledge needed to proceed with system and network administration. This book contains many real life examples derived from the author's experience as a Linux system and network administrator, trainer and consultant. They hope these examples will help you to get a better understanding of the Linux system and that you feel encouraged to try out things on your own.

Well, feedback is meant to indicate that I often post thoughts in this forum that I would like to get feedback on. Suggestions is meant to indicate that any thoughts you may have on the site are also more than welcome. A fine line I guess, but I think they are a bit different.

Short and snappy enough for the purpose.
And yes : "Suggestions" should preced "Feedback".
What I think is the main problem , is not whether people speak english natively , like Hari mentioned , but rather they're in a hurry for an answer to their (as always : urgent , to the poster , at least) problem.
Hence the word "question" should be avoided for this forum.
-Newbie logs in
-Sees the first occurance of the word "question"
-Thinks : "BINGO!"
-In his/her hurry to submit their problem , for the gurus to solve , Newbie totally skips reading the forum-description.
I think it's more a case of being in a hurry , rather than mastering the language.

As a member who literally just joined yesterday, the current name and description of this forum did not give me the sense that this is where to ask how to use the site ... just where to make suggestions. This posting has cleared that up for me.
