Well, feedback is meant to indicate that I often post thoughts in this forum that I would like to get feedback on. Suggestions is meant to indicate that any thoughts you may have on the site are also more than welcome. A fine line I guess, but I think they are a bit different.

Ditto.
Short and snappy enough for the purpose.
And yes : "Suggestions" should preced "Feedback".

What I think is the main problem , is not whether people speak english natively , like Hari mentioned , but rather they're in a hurry for an answer to their (as always : urgent , to the poster , at least) problem.
Hence the word "question" should be avoided for this forum.

-Newbie logs in
-Sees the first occurance of the word "question"
-Thinks : "BINGO!"
-In his/her hurry to submit their problem , for the gurus to solve , Newbie totally skips reading the forum-description.

I think it's more a case of being in a hurry , rather than mastering the language.

It seems everyone likes the "Suggestions & Feedback" bit, so do we make it:

Website Suggestions & Feedback
or
LinuxQuestions.org Suggestions & Feedback

Website sounds better, more to the point. After all everybody knows this is LinuxQuestions.org after all. Having that seems redundant.

On the other hand if you *do* want to include LQ, I'd say

"Suggestions and Feedback on LinuxQuestions.org"

Talk about semantics! We're getting to sound more like a bunch of corporate lawyers trying to draft the statement of a lawsuit.

I'd say use Website instead of Linuxquestions.org.. like mentioned, I think we have LQ and Linuxquestions.org mentioned on each page way too much..

As a member who literally just joined yesterday, the current name and description of this forum did not give me the sense that this is where to ask how to use the site ... just where to make suggestions. This posting has cleared that up for me.
