Question Can my message appear "blank" to some users?

Today, one of the members contacted me by mail. I've answered one of his threads the past days and I got the following e-mail:

"Hi, Mega man X

Your message was blank except for the signature. Please try posting again. Thank you."

Well, I won't tell the user name or any more detail than that, but since he never posted before, I wonder if he/she is either playing a trick on me to get my e-mail or if there is something technically wrong with his account?

Just wanted to bring this up because it could be a forum issue also. jemery, if you want I can e-mail the contact to you. I almost never answer members who contact me via mail to avoid possible spam and I also like to discuss things on the thread to help others.

Kind regards,

X

There's no situation where this should happen - even if you are on the members ignore list, it should not be shown as described above. If you want to send me more information offline, I can take a closer look.
