I havent configured IPtables manually so i dont know how to use it, I just use firestarter front end. Do I type the line exactly as you posted it or does the IP need to be changed to something else? Thanks for the help David Ross.

Just type it in as is.

You may want to just temporarily remove all current rules for test purposes:
iptables-save
iptables -P INPUT ACCEPT
iptables -P OUTPUT ACCEPT
iptables -F

Then after you have tested you can reload your rules with:
service iptables restart
