Browser problem?

I'm posting from a Mac more and more often now (the computer lab in the Library at the University of Utah rocks! ), however...

I like to use anything other than IE, and the browser alternative is Safari. I've so far been unsuccessful in posting from Safari when using the Quick Reply box. It gives me an error message that the "link specified" is invalid. I don't know at this point what information to provide, other than this is OSX.

Cool

Ack, Mac! Sorry, just that I'm returning to school, and one day I thought, "let's kill some time in the computer lab" followed by "I wonder how good OSX really is?"

I wasn't impressed. i'll give some blame to the fact that it's a college open computer area, but I'm sorry, OSX just didn't do anything for me. It may be the most idiot-proof system in the world, but (IMO) if you're not an idiot, it's almost like taking a step back in time...ten years or so.

This is a pointless post, so sorry. Can you post the normal "reply" way? (I know this sounds hugely redundant, because you posted somehow, right?)

Yes, I can. In fact, I have a hard time remembering that I can't use Quick Reply when using that browser, so I commonly reply to find that page mentioned above, and click back, copy and then hit "Post Reply" and paste in the dialogue box.

Cool
