Being able to pm

Hi

I see that there is an option to send private messages to users. I understand that this option is only available to the mods and like or maybe even to the contributing members.

But that's not my question. My questions is that I often see member posts which do not have the pm button (below the post). Like my post has a pm button but I have seen users who do not. Why is that?

It most likely means they've disabled it in their profile. Not sure why unless they are a mod or Contributor, it won't work unless your either.

Take example myself, mine is gone cause I've got it disabled for now.
