I am a new member here, Shakthi Kannan. I am just getting used to the web interface of linuxquestions.org. Have few queries/suggestions if you'd like:
* Is there an automatic log-out if one is inactive for few minutes after logging in? I keep browsing the forums and reply to threads only that interests me. But, if I am inactive for some time, it logs me out
* Users seem to have very similar icon images (probably discussed earlier) and I find it difficult to keep track of threads that I have posted. Yes, I see the link for "My threads", but, within a post, it is difficult to look at content as well as see who has posted as everyone's info looks similar.
You guys are doing a good job, and hopefully I'll contribute my share as well.
Yeah, I saw another post on "avatars". I actually find it useful when I am moderating at linuxforum.com, especially when you are following hundreds of posts, daily. Its easier to look at it your post and skip it when following threads.

x86processor, the avatar issue has been discussed here at LQ a couple times. You can search for the details if you're interested, but the end decision is that we won't be adding them.
