Add "from" forum when moving a thread


I personally think it would be helpful to add the original forum a thread was posted in when moving it to "a more appropriate forum..." A lot of times I wonder where the OP thought it would be appropriate to make the initial post because sometimes I find threads that have an implicit context of e.g. the Slackware forum, but when moved to e.g. the Programming forum the question makes very little sense.

I'd like to see an additional blank in the template that shows where a thread was moved from so that we can get a better idea of where the OP is going with their question. Thank you.
