4 moderators: It would be a big help 2 delete unanswered posts to clean the internet
 

As I am sure, virus programmers wouldn't be pissed off as much if newbies weren't flying blind and doing things without advice because it's not available on the internet.

I realize it's a lot of work, but it would:

1) clean up the internet searches so there would be more hits with answered queries instead of unanswered ones.

2) Put a cap on virus/malware creation because their pet peaves wouldn't be addresses so much due to lack of information.

So far, there is a lot of source code out there and not every one places all the information out there to compile the code correctly.

If the word could be spread, that would be a really good thing.

I like this forum and I want to see it succeed. I always come here to get my information. This is a way to make it that much better.

LQ policy is to NOT delete any post or thread unless there is an issue with the forum rules--eg advertising.

In doing Google searches for things, finding a question that was never answered has never caused me a problem----sometimes, just the question gives useful information.
