Lightbulb newbie intro

[Log in to get rid of this advertisement]
hi there all,

I was an avid microsoft user from ages back from Dos and now to vista. I have several old computers lying around and i was always interested in linux but never had the time to dedicate to learn it. now i've decided it's time and looking for a fresh start. I'd post my doubts and questions once i try instaling a linux distro on one of my old pc's.

currently reading some e books on linux distros/config requirements etc..

Rgds

Rajeev.

Hi and welcome to LQ, patience and persistance are the two main things. That Google/linux search works good also and of course do not forget to ask here for the answers you can not solve or understand.
