SOLVED: Linux 2.4.26+ 2.6.8+ Audio CD Burning

If you have a problem burning CD's in 2.6.8+ but it worked fine in previous versions a friend and I FINALLY found the problem.
The problem has these symptoms:
Slow Audio CD burning
Very high load averages while burning

http://tuxq.com/audiolinux.php has the patch. It will be submitted to the kernel dev team ASAP and should be included in the next released of the kernel.
